Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label.
Pack with Care
Ensure the mirror is placed back in its original professional packaging with all protective foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
